This cottage farm stay near the town of Ashbourne, Derbyshire, England, is a lovely, homely B&B set on a working cattle farm overlooking the Henmore Valley. The Accommodation: They rent out one very comfortable and modern room on the ground floor with flat screen TV and private bathroom with bath. There is a nice lounge and dining area too where the friendly owners serve up a great breakfast every morning. The Location: The immediate area, the Henmore Valley is a gorgeously green land of rolling hills that is great for gentle walks. Farther afield; it’s about 40 minutes drive to the Peak District National Park, and closer still you have the Dovedale National Nature Reserve and if you want to play golf, Ashbourne Golf Course is around 15 minutes away.
