This popular resort in Hawley, Pennsylvania, and about 12 minutes’ drive to Lake Wallenpaupack, is part farm, part resort, part sports center. Among the vegetable fields you can play tennis, basketball, volleyball, mini golf, table tennis and swim in the outdoor heated pool. A good hearty breakfast and dinner are available in the restaurant and bar and each of their large comfortable rooms have a flat-screen TV, a mini refrigerator, an iron and ironing board, a study desk, free WiFi throughout and private bathroom with hairdryer. Kids will be well taken care of too. Along with all the sporting activities there’s also a nice children’s playground.
